Agency admins (i.e., checklist owners) can schedule time-based checks (Twice a day, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly frequency) and open checks.
For time-based checks, agency admins can decide when the check should start and end. The checklist will only be visible during the scheduled window. This is ensure that end-users comply with submitting checks on time.
Selecting the frequency of check
Set two checks within a 24-hour time frame.
Set one check within a 24-hour time frame.
Set one check to be completed over the course of specific days of the week.
Set one check to be completed on a specific day of the month.
Set check to be completed anytime, with no deadlines.
On the end-user’s view, they will see the deadline for every active check assigned that day.
